Bandai Namco has announced that SD Gundam G Generation: Eternal will launch on April 16, 2025. Pre-downloads start on April 14. The game also passed 1 million pre-registrations.

SD Gundam G Generation: Eternal will be released on Android and iOS. The two previous games in the series, SD Gundam G Generation: Genesis and SD Gundam G Generation: Cross Rays, are both available for PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch.
