Following the end of the fourth season of The Rising of the Shield Hero, a new game was announced for PC and smartphones, with a global release planned. Kadokawa is listed as the publisher.

This new game is the fourth game for the series, following The Rising of the Shield Hero: Relive the Animation, The Rising of the Shield Hero: RERISE, and PICROSS Records of the Shield Hero.
