Aniplex has released a new character trailer for Demon Slayer: The Hinokami Chronicles 2, revealing that Muzan will be added in a free update on September 18, 2025. Muzan will only be playable in Versus Mode.

The trailer also included a first look at the characters coming in the Infinity Castle Part 1 pack:

• Giyu Tomioka (Infinity Castle)
• Shinobu Kocho (Infinity Castle)

Demon Slayer: The Hinokami Chronicles 2 launches August 1, 2025 in Japan and August 5, 2025 worldwide for PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, and PC (via Steam).
