Famitsu released its Top 30 game sales ranking for the week of September 1, 2025 to September 7, 2025, revealing that Super Robot Wars Y sold an additional 13,000 physical copies in Japan, pushing the total past 100,000. The Switch version remained in the Famitsu Top 10 at No. 7, while PS5 dropped to No. 18. The Switch version has now sold through most of its initial shipment.

Meanwhile, the Switch version of Demon Slayer: The Hinokami Chronicles 2 not only remained in Famitsu’s Top 30, but surged to No. 5, moving more than five times more copies than the last week. Hinokami 2 has now sold more than 130,000 physical copies in Japan.

Super Robot Wars Y is available on PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, and Steam. A demo is available on PS5 and Switch.
