According to Ryokutya, the latest issue of Weekly Shonen Jump revealed that the free update adding Muzan to Demon Slayer: The Hinokami Chronicles 2 will come later in September. Additionally, the characters in the Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Movie: Infinity Castle – Part 1 Character Pass have been revealed:
- Tanjiro Kamado (Infinity Castle)
- Zenitsu Agatsuma (Infinity Castle)
- Giyu Tomioka (Infinity Castle)
- Shinobu Kocho (Infinity Castle)

Demon Slayer: The Hinokami Chronicles 2 launches August 1, 2025 in Japan and August 5, 2025 worldwide for PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, and PC (via Steam).
