Thanks to Jeux Vidéo Magazine and avataryaya, most of the control guide for My Hero Academia: All’s Justice can be confirmed. The controls are as follows:

• Target Combo: Square / X
• Quirk Skill 1: Triangle / Y
• Quirk Skill 2: Circle / B (Switched inputs with Quirk Skill 3)
• Quirk Skill 3: Left Stick + Triangle / Y (Switched inputs with Quirk Skill 2)
• Quirk Skill 4: Left Stick + Circle / B
• Unblockable Attack: R1 + Square / RB+X
• Counter Attack: R1 + Triangle / RB+Y (Moved from Left Stick + Square/Y)
• Plus Ultra: R1 + Circle / RB+B
• Rising Action: R1 + X / RB+A (NEW)
• Dodge: R1/RB + Left Stick OR Move the Right Stick
• Change: L2/LT or R2/RT (NEW)
• Emergency Dodge: Press R3 / the Right Stick when attacked (NEW)
• Rising: Press R3 / the Right Stick (NEW)

Although the inputs for Dash (L1/LB) and Guard (R1/RB) were not shown, it can be assumed that those are unchanged from One’s Justice.
