Bandai Namco has announced a third Character Pass for One Piece: Pirate Warriors 4, with two sets of three characters, will be available starting Monday, August 11.
The two sets are as follows:
DLC 7: ??? Pack — Fall 2025
- Rob Lucci (CP0)
- Two yet-to-be announced characters
- Three costumes
(ROCC REMARK: It’s Egghead)
DLC 8: A “Special Selection” Pack featuring the winners of the One Piece: Pirate Warriors 4 character vote — Early 2026
- Eneru
- King
- Z (from One Piece Film: Z)
Character Pass 3 also includes a new Special Move for Shanks (both regular and Film RED): Divine Departure.

One Piece: Pirate Warriors 4 is now available for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC (via Steam and Windows PC). PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series ports are in development.
