Season 9’s new Raider is Broly (Z). At Level 1, Broly is controlled by Paragus. If the player uses the Active Skill “Too Late!” at 100% Evolution Gauge or if Paragus is defeated, Broly will transform into his standard, Movie 10 Super Saiyan appearance (Level 2). Otherwise, Broly will transform into his restrained Super Saiyan form at 200% Evolution Gauge (Level 3). At Level 4, Broly will transform into his Legendary Super Saiyan form.

At Level 4, Cell gains a new Active Skill, “Make Them Suffer, Cell Juniors!” that summons up to seven Cell Juniors to Chad and attack Survivors.

At Level 4, Majin Buu can damage a Survivor that holds an Ultimate Gohan Ultimate Dragon Change to cancel the transformation, steal their Transphere, and transform into Majin Buu (Gohan Absorbed). In this state, Buu gains the Active Skill “Super Ghost Kamikaze Attack” that chase down Survivors and explodes.
