Garena’s end-of-service procedures for Black Clover M: Rise of the Wizard King are as follows:

• June 20, 2025 after maintenance: End of purchases and account creation
• June 26, 2025 after maintenance: Final update
• August 21, 2025 at 2:00 UTC-5 (August 20, 2025 at 10pm EST): App download disabled and full service shutdown

From the shutdown date to September 25, 2025, players can request a transfer of their remaining Premium Black Crystals to another Garena mobile game via the Customer Service support page.

Vic has a similar process for the Japanese version, Black Clover: The Origin of Fate:

• June 20, 2025 after maintenance: Paid item sales end
• June 25, 2025 after maintenance: Final update and suspension of new account creation
• August 20, 2025 at 10:00 JST (August 19, 2025 at 9pm EST): App download disabled and full service shutdown.
• November 17, 2025 at 10:00 JST (November 16, 2025 at 9pm EST): Support desk reception closes

Vic will offer refunds for paid Black Crystals from the service shutdown down until the support desk reception closes.

Black Clover Mobile was released on May 25, 2023 in Japan and November 30, 2023 worldwide.
