According to Ryokutya, the latest issue of Weekly Shonen Jump has announced that Dragon Ball: Sparking! ZERO will add the following Dragon Ball DAIMA characters in its second DLC pack:

• Super Saiyan Goku (Mini)
• Vegeta (Mini)
• Super Saiyan 2 Vegeta (Mini)
• Super Saiyan 3 Vegeta (Mini)
• Glorio

Humble Bundle has also went live with a listing for DLC Pack 2 that not only confirms the pack will release on April 24, 2025, but also adds 3 more characters:

• Super Saiyan Vegeta (Mini)
• Panzy
• Majin Kuu

Both sources confirmed that Goku (Mini) will also receive a new variation/costume. This new Goku (Mini) will have a new Ultimate Blast, Aura Impact, and will also be able to transform into a Super Saiyan. The currently available Goku (Mini), who was a pre-order bonus, will not be able to transform.
