Neos Corporation has announced that Shin-chan: Shiro and the Coal Town has sold over 300,000 units (physical and digital) worldwide. Neos specifically acknowledged the Chinese versions’ contribution to the game’s success.
Shin-chan: Shiro and the Coal Town is available worldwide for Nintendo Switch and Steam. The game was released on February 22, 2024 in Japan, on May 2, 2024 in Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Southeast Asia, and on October 23, 2024 in North America and Europe. A North American physical version from Limited Run Games is in production and, according to Neos, will be released in May 2025.
