BLAST ZERO has announced Samurai Pizza Cats: Blast from the Past!, a 2D tag-team action RPG based on Samurai Pizza Cats (an American adaptation of Tatsunoko’s Kyatto Ninden Teyandee). The game will be published by Red Dunes Games for “all major platforms” in 2026.

Gematsu outlined an interview with the game’s Japanese cast, who are mostly reprising their roles from the original anime. The interview reveals that Seiichirō Yamashita (Cid/Shadow in The Eminence in Shadow, Getten in My Hero Academia) is voicing Sukashii in place of Jūrōta Kosugi (Asuma in Naruto, Arlong in One Piece).
