Aniplex has announced that Demon Slayer: The Hinokami Chronicles has sold over 4 million copies worldwide.

As of this announcement, Hinokami Chronicles is the 7th highest selling anime game on modern platforms. All modern games that have crossed one million copies are as follows:

1. Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 (11.88 million)
2. Dragon Ball FighterZ (10 million)
3. Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 (10 million)
4. Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot (8 million)
5. Jump Force (At least 5.14 million)
6. Dragon Ball Xenoverse (5 million)
7. Demon Slayer: The Hinokami Chronicles (4 million)
8. Dragon Ball: Sparking! ZERO (3 million)
9. One Piece: Pirate Warriors 4 (3 million)
10. Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker (3 million)
11. Koei Tecmo and Omega Force’s Attack on Titan series (2.6 million)
12. My Hero Academia: One’s Justice series (combined 2.5 million)

Demon Slayer: The Hinokami Chronicles is available on PlayStation 4 and 5, Xbox One and Series, Nintendo Switch, and Steam. A sequel, Demon Slayer: The Hinokami Chronicles 2, will release in 2025 for the same platforms.
