GameOn has announced that Zatch Bell: Friends of Eternal Bonds will end service on January 31, 2025. Paid item sales ended as of the announcement.

According to GameOn, Friends of Eternal Bonds is shutting down because it became increasingly difficult to manage the game and satisfy players. The team regrets adding new characters and events before this announcement, but blames the short notice on a delay in Toei Animation’s decision-making.

Zatch Bell: Friends of Eternal Bonds launched on January 17, 2024 for Android and iOS, and never left Japan.
